Tuition and Fees

Community Bible Institute & Seminary strives to offer the best quality education consisting of thorough academic instruction, engaging extracurricular programs and steadfast Christian guidance, all at an affordable cost. Here’s a breakdown of our fee structure for enrollment.

Registration Fee

A non-refundable fee which offsets the initial enrollment of a student.

Early Registration Fee – July 6, 2026 – $75
Registration Fee – August 3, 2026- $95
Late Registration Fee – September 7, 2026- $125

Tuition Fees

The amounts quoted below cover standard teaching, textbooks, supplies, and other stationery and learning materials.

Note that we offer a multi-student discount for families that enroll more than one child to our school.

All fees must be paid by June 20th, 2027, either in one payment or 12 installments every month. Please refer to the Community Bible Institute & Seminary Financial Agreement for more details.

Graduation Fee — $250

Appreciation Luncheon — Cost varies
Fundraiser Fee — Cost varies

Payment Deadline

All tuition and fees must be paid by April 16th, 2027.
Students may pay in one full payment or through monthly installments.
